Getting Started with AKVerse Bot
This guide will show you how to use AKVerse Bot to efficiently post multiple listings to Facebook Marketplace. The tool focuses specifically on streamlining the listing creation process to save you time and effort.
1. Installation & Setup
1.1 Installation Steps
- Download the installer from the download page.
- Right-click the installer file and select "Run as administrator".
- Follow the installation wizard prompts.
- When prompted, select your installation directory (default is recommended).
- Wait for the installation to complete, then click "Finish".
Tip: If you encounter any Windows Defender or antivirus warnings, you may need to add an exclusion for the AKVerse Bot folder. This is normal for automation software.
1.2 First-Time Setup
- Launch AKVerse Bot from your desktop or start menu.
- On first launch, you'll see the activation screen. The software will run in trial mode for 48 hours.
- For full activation, contact support via WhatsApp at +92 306-3294901 with your order ID.
- After activation, you'll be prompted to connect your Facebook account:
- Click on "Add Account"
- Enter your Facebook credentials
- Complete the authentication process
- Allow the necessary permissions when prompted
- Once your account is connected, you'll be directed to the main dashboard.

Where you create and manage all your Marketplace listings. This is where you'll spend most of your time.

Configure your Facebook account connections and general software preferences.
3. Creating and Posting Listings
3.1 Basic Listing Creation
- From the dashboard, navigate to "Listing Manager" and click "Create New Listing".
- Upload your product images (up to 10 photos):
- Drag and drop photos or click "Upload"
- You can rearrange the order by dragging
- Enter your listing details:
- Title: Enter a descriptive title for your item
- Price: Set your asking price
- Category: Select the appropriate category and subcategory
- Description: Write your item description
- Location: Set your selling location or use the default from your profile
- Click "Preview" to review how your listing will appear on Facebook Marketplace.
- When satisfied, click "Post Listing" to publish it immediately.
Pro Tip: Use clear, well-lit photos and detailed descriptions to maximize your chances of selling quickly.
3.2 Bulk Listing Creation
- In the Listing Manager, click on "Bulk Upload" to create multiple listings at once.
- You can use two methods for bulk creation:
- Template Method: Download the Excel template, fill it with your listing details, and upload it back.
- Folder Method: Create subfolders with images and a text file with item details for each listing.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your bulk upload.
- Review each listing before finalizing the batch upload.
- Click "Post All Listings" to publish them to Facebook Marketplace.
3.3 Using Listing Templates
- Creating Templates: When creating a listing, click "Save as Template" at the bottom to store the format for future use.
- Using Templates: When creating a new listing, select "Use Template" to load previously saved formats.
- Template Management: Access your saved templates from the "Templates" tab in the Listing Manager.
4. Multi-Account Management
- Navigate to "Account Management" from the main menu.
- Click "Add New Account" to connect additional Facebook accounts.
- For each account, you can:
- Set a unique profile name for internal reference
- Assign specific product categories to each account
- To post using a specific account, select it from the account dropdown in the Listing Manager before creating listings.
Important: For account safety, ensure each account has its own unique browser fingerprint. Configure these settings in the "Security" tab under each account.
5. Tips for Creating Effective Listings
High-Quality Images
Take photos in good lighting, from multiple angles, and make sure they clearly show any defects or important features.
Detailed Descriptions
Include brand, model, size, condition, age, and any other relevant details. Be honest about imperfections.
Competitive Pricing
Research similar items on Marketplace to ensure your pricing is attractive yet profitable.
Keyword-Rich Titles
Include important search terms buyers might use, but keep titles clear and readable.
Accurate Categories
Select the most specific category and subcategory for your item to reach the right buyers.
Clear Pickup/Delivery Info
Specify in your description whether you offer delivery, pickup only, or both, and any relevant locations.
6. Troubleshooting Common Issues
Connection Issues
Problem: Facebook account disconnects unexpectedly
Solution: Go to Settings > Account Management > Reconnect Account. If the issue persists, try the "Deep Connection" option which uses a more secure authentication method.
Listing Not Publishing
Problem: Listings show as "pending" but never go live
Solution: Check the "Publishing Log" for specific errors. Common fixes include reducing the number of listings published per day or adjusting your image sizes to meet Facebook's requirements.
Image Upload Failures
Problem: Images fail to upload or appear distorted
Solution: Ensure images are in JPG or PNG format and under 4MB each. Resize large images before uploading.
Software Running Slow
Problem: The application becomes sluggish after extended use
Solution: Go to Settings > System > Maintenance and run the "Clear Cache" function. For best performance, restart the application daily.
Important Note About Features
AKVerse Bot is specifically designed for creating and posting listings to Facebook Marketplace efficiently. It does not currently support automated message responses or scheduled posting. After posting your listings, you'll need to manage buyer communications directly through Facebook.
